Delivery

Top Tools Ireland Ltd. aim to dispatch goods on the same day or very next working day for orders received up until 5.30pm. All orders are shipped by Target Express.

Courier deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you are not in to receive your order you may have to pick it up from your local depot or rearrange delivery.

If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the dispatch e-mail please contact us immediately.

We advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. In the rare instance that goods are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you.

If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
